Hi, I'm Julie Belzanne, the Indie Hacker behind Seedbomb! 👋

I've always been passionate about video games, data, and building useful tools. My journey started in the world of finance and venture capital, where I helped over 200 startups (including 30+ game studios) grow. Eventually, I transitioned into the gaming industry, joining the management team of a French indie studio of over 30 people.

I'm insanely curious and love building cool stuff, like:

I basically love making useful things for game devs while having way too many ideas at once. If I could clone myself, I'd already be working on five more projects!

Why Seedbomb?

On game developers' side, many feel overwhelmed by the marketing effort required for their game—they've spent years crafting their pride and joy, and now they have no idea where to turn to give it some visibility.

On the content creators' side, I noticed a huge gap in the game distribution ecosystem: big streamers are drowning in key requests, while small streamers—who have highly engaged audiences—struggle to access free game keys. Seedbomb was born as a simple, efficient, and fair solution to this problem.

Game dev needs visibility and streamers needs content 🤝

I strongly believe in 1) small streamers given their highly engaged communities and 2) in volume marketing —casting a wide net so that the right streamers discover and showcase your game. Some seeds won't sprout, but the ones that do will grow into real visibility, engagement, and sales.
